Cancellation Rights — Derechos de Cancelación

Importante: esta página explica los derechos de cancelación de manera pública. El cliente de Credit Repair recibe en su paquete de firma los formularios completos de cancelación federal y de Florida, en las copias requeridas y con la fecha límite correspondiente.

Federal CROA — 3 business days

You may cancel a Credit Repair contract without penalty or obligation before midnight of the 3rd business day after the date on which you signed the contract.

The signed client packet contains the separate federal Notice of Cancellation form explaining how to exercise this right.

Florida — 5 days

Under Florida law, the buyer may cancel the Credit Repair contract without penalty or obligation within 5 days from the date the contract is signed.

If a payment must be returned because of a timely Florida cancellation, the Florida notice states that the payment is returned within 10 days after the credit service organization receives the cancellation notice.

Ventrix operating policy

VENTRIX MANAGEMENT LLC does not begin Credit Repair work until the longer applicable cancellation window has expired. The federal and Florida rights exist separately; one does not replace the other.

The completed cancellation forms in the client's signed packet control the actual deadline and instructions for that client.

Derecho federal: el contrato de Credit Repair puede cancelarse sin penalidad ni obligación antes de la medianoche del tercer día hábil después de la fecha de firma.

Derecho de Florida: el comprador puede cancelar el contrato de Credit Repair sin penalidad ni obligación dentro de los 5 días siguientes a la fecha de firma.

Ventrix espera hasta que venza la ventana aplicable más larga antes de comenzar el trabajo de Credit Repair.
